This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Ventura is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ventura follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A small quick service Thai and Chinese food place in the heart of Saticoy. The restaurant is newer and has a very clean and new feeling interior. We started with the chicken and vegetable fried dumplings and some cream cheese wontons. The cream cheese wontons were delicious. The cream cheese was still warm inside and the wonton fried perfectly crisp. The dumplings were refreshingly light. The interior tasted fresh. These were a very nice start to our meal. The Mongolian Supreme plate was a stir fry of chicken, beef and shrimp fried with a vegetable assortment served over rice and noodles. The sauce it was tossed with had a slight sweetness to it and it was tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. It was a family affair where the whole family is helping out and all were eager to assist.

βββββ Five Stars β Great Food and Great People! Stopped by TC Chinese Food in Saticoy today for lunch and was really impressed. This is a brand-new spot, and everything was clean, fresh, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Itβs nice to have a quality Chinese and Thai food option right here in the Saticoy area. You can tell the owners care about their customers and take pride in what theyβre doing. Iβll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. If youβre looking for a good lunch or dinner spot in Ventura/Saticoy, give them a try and support a local business thatβs off to a great start. Today, my partner surprised me by taking us from Saticoy to a beautiful, small family-owned restaurant called Thai Chinese Food. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed the walls, tables and chairs were all so lovely and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. I was really enjoying the moment with my partner and our two sons after coming from our jogging routine. We were all very hungry and excited to eat. π We ordered orange chicken for the kids, another dish for my partner, and I chose the beef sticks. We also ordered about five drinks the Thai milk tea was absolutely amazing, both with and without boba and the other drinks were just as refreshing. π The beef sticks were incredibly tasty and full of flavor I loved them! My partnerβs dish was also delicious rich with flavor and so satisfying that even though I was getting full, I still wanted to keep eating. My kids really enjoyed their orange chicken they said it was so yummy. This place truly knows how to bring out amazing flavors. π We were also given an additional dish on the house, which was a lovely surprise and tasted fantastic. For dessert I ordered mango sticky rice. Even though I was already full one bite comple

I am confused by the reviews. I was very excited to hear about this place opening up in Saticoy given the limited amount of options for quick meals in this area (inland Ventura). I first tried this place on New Years Day, knowing they would probably be busy. I looked at all the reviews and ordered what most people were recommending; the Orange Chicken (#27), Vegetable Egg Roll (#4), Egg Flower Soup (#14), Chinese Combo (#63), and a Thai Tea (without Boba). I didn't feel like I was impressed by any of it for the exception of the Thai Tea. The orange chicken was decent but because they use chicken breast, it did seem dry and overcooked. I thought maybe because of the holiday, the quality slipped so I didn't want to leave a review until I tried it again. I tried it again this past weekend and unfortunately was not impressed. This time I order Pad Thai (#48) and Combo Chow Mein (#49) along with 2 Vegetable Egg Rolls (#4), and a Thai Tea (without Boba). Everything just tasted bland and oily, that's the best way to put it. Even adding sauteed garlic, onions, salt and pepper would add depth to the dishes. There's just something missing or I've had better and their quality just isn't meet
